Not sure why it took me FOREVER to figure it out
When you lift weights as part of your work outs
AND you run you become... wait for it....
STRONGER
Which makes you
RUN LONGER
Duh L
Usually I have to fail at something
A LOT
before I figure it out.
While do you think it took me a while to find T?
